As a result of my transformation, I deep dived into mental + emotional wellness- becoming a certified Life Coach, Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner (EFT), TIME Technique Practitioner and Hypnotist. Also being trained in a variety of Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) modalities- now spending my days empowering women to declutter their lives and take their power back so they can live authentically and freely.

I also have a Master's Degree in Education. But my best and most important training is from my life experiences. Getting to the other side of- toxic relationships, dysfunctional friendships, an unfulfilling career path, financial hardships, mental health challenges and more- all has taught me the life lessons that I am inspired to teach you. I believe we are all our own best coach, sometimes we simply need someone else to help get us get going.

Coaching sessions are done virtual so it's convenient, no matter where you are. You can schedule single sessions or we can discuss a more long-term plan if needed.

My clients range from women of all ages, races and backgrounds, who are CEO's, entrepreneurs, parents, managers, students, thought-leaders, influencers and so on. The one thing they all have in common is a desire for less force and more flow. I only work with a limited number of clients at a time who are committed to showing up 100% for each session and are willing to do the work. Are you ready to get started?
